Modern Funk Jackets I & II mark the first chapter of Cedric Mitchell’s transition from object to garment,where sculptural language steps off the pedestal and onto the body.

 

Built in small, controlled runs, each jacket is part of a numbered and signed series. What began as early samples has evolved into a refined edition—more intentional, more resolved, and rooted in the same visual system that defines Mitchell’s glasswork.
